HTC Touch Diamond available to buy?

We've had a few emails stating that the boys of expansys.com have already got the first stock of the HTC Touch Diamond in the UK. However, these units appear to be "grey" imports, which means that UK warranties wouldn't apply. HTC are apparently less than happy about the situation, plus it's being sold unlocked for £509.95 - that's over £40 more than devicewire.co.uk, who will actually be getting the first official UK stock.
