Yup, it could soon happen. Not only do MS want to support bigger screen sizes, they also want to pump more power through the device and start using DirectX multimedia APIs.
This will bring it better coverage, as devices like the Nokia N-Gage leap forward, MS want to do the same in Windows Mobile.
