C500 Screen Dust Problem

Online Petition for SPV C500 users with screen dust ingress


There is now an online petition for people who’d like decisive action on the persistent problem many SPV C500 owners are experiencing: dust getting in and covering areas of the LCD screen.

So far Orange UK have classified this as a ‘cosmetic’ issue and refused to replace handsets as they would with any other fault – offering instead to have the handset returned to HTC (the manufacturer) for refurbishment which can take up to two weeks.
