Whenever I hear about the new Microsoft Zune I instantly think of that damned Mazda commerical, however the Microsoft Zune (Zune Zune Zune!) has now touched down and there’s a couple of videos of it in action below. The Zune is a new Microsoft-driven portable digital entertainment experience. Available “this holiday season” (meaning Christmas.. why does nobody say “Christmas” any more ?) the Zune isn’t just a 30GB digital media player – it also comes with the “Zune Marketplace” music service and an online community which will enable music fans to discover new music.


The Zune device features wireless technology, a built-in FM tuner and a bright, 3-inch screen that allows users to not only show off music, pictures and video, but also to customize the experience with personal pictures or themes to truly make the device their own.


Available in either black, brown or white you’ll also get a smooth, slick interface with textured backgrounds and huge album art. Also in the videos below you can see the FM playback and the Zune connection.
