o2 XDA Flame – red hot!

Check this out – it’s the o2 XDA Flame. This pocket-rocket has an NVIDIA GoForce GPU and 3.6″ VGA screen. At the heart of this beast is an Intel Xscale PXA 270 CPU running at 520Mhz with a massive 2Gb of Flash ROM and 64Mb RAM.


The specs on this device are simply staggering – there’s also 3G, 802.11b/g WiFi, a 2 Megapixel camera, a TV-out connector and SRS Mobile HD surround sound.
