Yet another handset has slipped out of the Vodafone line-up for 2008. This time it’s the … err.. ODM v16xx. Basically it’ll be manufactured by “someone” and will get branded as a Vodafone unit when it’s released in September.
Running Windows Mobile 6.1 it’s a tri-band handset with EDGE capability but no 3G. No WiFi either, but yes – GPS is listed once more on the specifications, so we’re getting the idea that Vodafone will be pushing sat-nav across their range of Windows Mobile handsets this year. Windows Mobile 6.1 is at the heart of this touch-screen phone which also features a 1.3 (wah?) megapixel camera, QWERTY keyboard and 320×240 screen.
