We’ve had a baby!

After a very long and stressful labour, our first baby was born yesterday at 11.08. He’s a gorgeous baby boy, weighing in at 7lb 11oz and we’re naming him Billy, after my Dad, who died last year.


I’m so unbelievably proud of my wife, Emily, who started having contractions on Sunday night, and I want to thank everyone in the Delivery Suite at Queens Hospital in Burton-on-Trent for their support. I’m currently dashing between home and the hospital getting things sorted out, so I may not be posting news for a couple of days. Hopefully though I’ll get a picture up soon. 🙂
