Virgin Mobile is to update their mobile data plans and will introduce a 30p unlimited daily browsing tariff. this page gives more details, with a claim that Virgin is 3 times cheaper than other networks.
Sure, in the UK when you say “Unlimited” it generally means “not quite, there’s a fair usage policy”. Here it’s 25MB per day, but that’s a pretty healthy slab of data working out to around £9 for 750MB per month.
