This is the Acer Tempo M900. It runs WinMo 6.1 and it’s got Acer’s GUI interface (although we’d probably swap that for PointUI Home). It’s a little bloated but there’s a sliding QWERTY, auto-focus 5 megapixel shooter, 3-way jog-wheel, GPS, microSD card, G-sensor, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi.
Powered by a 533Mhz CPU it used to sell unlocked for around £450 but Coolsmartphone reader Victor has spotted it unlocked for just £189.74 at handtec.co.uk, which is £164.99 if you can get the VAT back. That, for a phone with this spec, isn’t bad at all.
