Back in September 2007 we spotted a cool-looking device called the Pantech C810. It was destined for a US launch on AT&T and the device had 3G / HSDPA connectivity, a 2 megapixel cam, GPS, 528Mhz CPU and Windows Mobile 6 as the OS (non-touch). It looked great because there was two keyboards – a slide-out QWERTY and a slide-down numeric pad.
That was two years ago, and now o2 have decided to launch a slightly re-modelled version as the “XDA Venn”. To be honest I wasn’t expecting a great deal from 2-year-old kit, but it’s a slim and well designed handset which definitely stands the test of time.
We’ll have a review on this device soon and I’ll post a hands-on video tomorrow.
