There’s a great little utility here for doing network tests like ping, traceroute and upconfig on your Windows Mobile. It’s completely free and also shows you ping trip times, DNS lookup times and more.
There’s a couple of ways to download it and it’ll also show whether your network is blocking ports or certain types of traffic.
