Three have posted an update regarding the delivery of HTC Desire handsets to customers. A few lucky punters have already got theirs, but the continuing flight delays due to volcanic ash have meant that some deliveries in Asia have not occured. The remaining handsets from the original batch of phones will now be shared out between 50 stores, so if you’re after one on the Three network this is probably the best route.
Three state that …
“If you have pre-bought the Desire over the phone or online we’ll be able to fulfil our delivery commitment to you – if you’re unsure of your delivery date, please give us a call. But until further notice our Upgrades team and three.co.uk are very stock constrained.”
