Androlib is reporting that over 93,000 apps are now available in the Android Market, with over a billion estimated downloads. The figure has risen constantly, with over 50,000 in April and 60,000 in May.
The latest Androlib stats also show that over 15,000 apps were added in June and 11,000 have already been added this month. Critics may state that there’s still an element of “trash apps”, however a brimming application store is always something customers will like.
