HTC and Microsoft go way, way back. HTC are responsible for the majority of Windows Mobile devices. The classic Orange SPV was the phone that kicked everything off here at coolsmartphone.com – guess who built it. Yip. HTC.
With an upcoming HTC launch and a Windows Phone 7 device bearing their logo hitting the webs you’d figure that HTC would be the first to bring a Windows Phone 7 device to market. LG, however, would beg to differ, with What Hi-Fi? stating that the company will be first to market with a Windows Phone 7 handset. The device will form part of their Optimus line and it’ll have a 3.8″ screen with other devices to appear with a QWERTY keyboard too.
