There’s a good video on the BBC website which takes a look at the new 7″ Samsung Galaxy Tab we covered yesterday. There’s a hands-on and a wry smile from Carey McGregor (Senior Product Manager at Samsung) when BBC reporter Rory Cellan-Jones states, “It looks lovely, but it looks just like a shrunken iPad though”.
The Folio 100, from Toshiba, is also shown and comes with Android 2.2, Flash 10.1 support and a miniHDMI port. It can boot in just 30 seconds (thanks to the Nvidia Tegra 2 CPU) and has a 10″ 1024×600 resolution screen. It has 7 hours of battery life, SD card reader, 1.3MP camera and more. Strangely Toshiba show it viewing a video promoting the iPad 🙂
