BenQ look to be launching their very own Android tablet in Taiwan, China and possibly further afield. The BenQ R100 tablet is due to arrive in Q1 of 2011 with 10.1″ (1024×600) LCD touchscreen, 833MHz Samsung ARM-based CPU, 8GB of internal storage, WiFi, SD card slot, mini HDMI, mini USB and a 3.5mm audio port.
The device will no doubt look similar to this, the BenQ nReader R100. More news as we get it but you can expect to see this launched at either CES or Mobile World Congress.
