The Motorola FLIPOUT had only just appeared when we reviewed it and, although we had the odd reservation, it’s definitely an interesting looking thing. The handset has also had an update recently (details here) with the Orange device getting better data roaming across the Everything Everywhere joined networks, expanded Exchange support, improved voice call management, better call stability and more codecs available for video playback.
For more information on the update, visit motorola.com/myflipout. Do let us know if you’ve got one of these and what you think of it too. It doesn’t look like the Android OS itself is going to get updated to Android 2.2 though.
