With Nokia shares tumbling the company has replaced another executive with an ex-Microsoft guy. Chris Webber replaces Mark Louison and heads up the Markets team for North America as of yesterday. Head honcho Stephen Elop is also an ex Microsoft guy but staff in Finland have already walked out in protest, albeit using their flexi-time and presumably not handing in their resignations just yet.
