Three have now released the Apple iPhone 4 on PAYG (Pas As You Go) and will be selling both the 16GB and 32GB models online, over the phone and in their retail stores.
A 16GB iPhone will cost you £499.99 where as a 32GB will cost you £599.99
Both these phones work with the All You Can Eat PAYG offer starting from £15 but remember you cannot use for Tethering!.

Further indication to me that companies are realising that many people would prefer to pay a high price for a device than be hooked into a long, possibly 24 month, contract. Thanks for the info Dan.
Why can you not use for tethering? Didn’t someone on here do a proof of the AYCE tariff, and tethered it?
