With the official announcement now only hours away we’re starting to see parts of the new Mango OS appear on the web. The OS, which may appear commercially as Windows Phone 7.1, appears to have a new version of the web browser – IE9. It’s not quite complete as yet but includes CSS3, on-the-fly page re-sizing and HTML5. There’s no news on whether Flash will be included but there’s a definite speed boost with pages being optimized according to the connection speed you have at the time.
The shots here, from Techradar, also seem to show that the address bar has moved to the bottom of the screen now.
