This slender device is the HTC Ville – a name that’s just one letter away from disaster.
Set for an apparent launch at Mobile World Congress, this has HTC Sense 4.0, Android 4.0, a 4.3″ qHD Super AMOLED screen and an 8 megapixel with full HD video capture.
The device is powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz CPU and it’s just 8mm thick. Nice.
finally, HTC is getting Samsungs last year screen tech. So, now they can make a slimmer phone with the s-amoled. The qhd is pentile and doesn’t look nearly as good as samoled plus.
it would have been great if htc developed their own screen technology like Retina display.
Why are mobile phones getting bigger and bigger?
Who wants to go back to carying brick sized phones around?
I would like a FAST android phone with a dual core processor and a 3.7 to 4.0 inch screen.
I, for one, do not want a screen any bigger than that, who’s with me?
Just noted that the Ville etc are all 4.3″ screens – grow up HTC and think of those amongst us who like to carry our phones around with us.
since its a android 4.0 phone. you can expect software buttons. the screen will measure 4.0 inch while surfing through the phone. approx. 0.3 inch will go for the software buttons. the picture above is a render.
