The Asus Transformer Prime has kinda fell out of love with the developers over on XDA-Developers. No ROMs can be flashed to this device because the bootloader is locked down with 128 bit encryption. This is the same trick that HTC did, but then they eventually did a U-turn.
Why is this such a big deal? Well, the Prime really isn’t locked to any particular network, so why lock the bootloader out? So, a campaign has begun to try and get Asus to sort this out. Sign the petition, add your comment and join in on the link below.

Puts Sammy back in the running for me…. no point spending loads if in 2 years when the OEM stops sending updates out I cant do any thing more….. and TBH I dont get when its locked down with such force in this case seeing as its not as if you need a carrier and they subsidised it…. heck you can buy a pretty good lappy for this money.
