The guys at BabyPing have been in touch to let us know about their upcoming product. BabyPing lets you view a video feed of your baby using an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
A baby monitor for the gadget heads among us, if you will.
The system includes infra-red technology, beaming a VGA resolution picture across your home Wi-Fi network.
Personally I’ve used an RF webcam with infrared connected to a video card dongle attached to a laptop, which is quite fiddly and annoying to keep setting up every night. I could definitely have made use of this when my two were very small!
