T-Mobile UK have released an app onto the Windows Phone Marketplace for their pay monthly customers.
Great idea I thought, so I installed it and it doesn’t work. So let me know if it works for you. Here are some shots from the Marketplace where it obviously works. The reviews for the app suggest some people get it to work and lots don’t.
I have contacted T-Mobile about this and we’ll hopefully get a response.
Below is the Marketplace info about the app and it all sounds jolly useful.
Stay up to date with your T-Mobile account from pretty much anywhere including over Wifi. If you’re a pay monthly customer: – check your account’s current allowances (minutes, texts and boosters) – check the amount of your last bill and see when you’re due to pay – manage multiple accounts – even those with multiple phone numbers – set your own PIN so you don’t have to enter your username and password each time you use the app If you’re a pay as you go customer you can check your current credit In order to use this app, you will need to register for My T-Mobile first at www. t-mobile.co.uk/service/your-account – it’s free and you only have to do it once. If you’ve already registered for My T-Mobile online, just use the same username and password to log in to this app. There’s more to come. We’ve got a load of extra features planned for My T-Mobile over the coming months, so watch out for updates to the app in Windows Marketplace Please remember that if you use the My T-Mobile app when you’re outside the UK, roaming data charges will apply.

works perfectly for me. strangely i couldn’t ever get the android one to log in! i guess it must be something to do with your type of account…
I have the same problem. On my T-Mobile Samsung Omnia 7, I can install it and run it no problem. On my T-Mobile Nokia Lumia 800, I can install it and run it, but although the app runs, it doesn’t display any of my account or personal details. All I see are the titles and headers where my data should be, but none of my actual data.
Frustrating.
Looks very similar tot he Orange app that comes pre-installed on a WP7 phone.
