The Huawei Ascend D quad was announced just yesterday, so we thought it’d be worth visiting the Huawei stand to (a) snap some pictures and film it and (b) try and convince them to change the company name so it’s easier for us to spell. Sadly there was no luck on the second request, but we did get some up-close and personal photos of this Galaxy SII lookie-likey.
Inside there’s Huawei’s K3V2 quad-core 1.2GHz/1.5GHz processor and it runs Android 4.0. That’s a rather vivid 4.5″ 720P HD screen, and it’s backed up by a 32-bit true colour graphic processor. I’ve got to say at this point, we’ve been attending MWC for a number of years and the quality of Huawei products has got better and better with each passing year.
