ZTE have today announced that Virgin Mobile will be the first UK operator to carry the new ZTE Tania.
The Windows Mobile 7.5 carrying device will be available from the middle of May on pay monthly and pay-as-you-go.
The Tania has a TFT capacitive touchscreen, a display of 480 x 800 pixels on a 4.3″ screen. It comes with 4Gb storage and 512mb RAM, Wi-Fi and GPS are standard as is a 5Mpixel rear camera.
ZTE’s primary market has so far been Asia but this signals a stronger move into Europe.
