Three today announced their new budget version MiFi device, budget but just as good as the other HSPA+ MiFi on sale at the moment with the only real change being the display. Ignore that and you have a HSPA+ device which still allows for up to 21Mbs connections for a maximum of 5 devices at a time.

Huawei E5331 Value MiFi – coming soon to Three
