Now that the trial is over, at least until the appeals hearing on the 20th September, Apple has wasted no time in identifying the products it wants pulled from shelves in the US. Those products are as follows:
- Galaxy S 4G
- Galaxy S2 (AT&T)
- Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket)
- Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
- Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
- Galaxy S Showcase
- Droid Charge
- Galaxy Prevail
The Verge have a copy of the filing here. Even though more products were found to infringe, the majority are no longer on sale so it would be pretty pointless going after them. If your keeping score at home the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is still under injunction despite being found not to infringe. Samsung is working on getting that lifted and it should just be a matter of process.
Just goes to show how crap the american legal system is. The fact that an injunction is issued against a product that doesn’t infringe confirms my suspicion that they are in league with crapple. I’d hate to be innocent in an american courtroom!
