Nokia has posted a new promo video to its YouTube channel which appears to leak that Instagram is coming to Windows Phone. Whilst the video is an animation intended to show off the benefits of Puremotion, it does seem to show a live tile with very similar info to that of Instagram.

Instagram is of course now owned by Facebook and so would probably be more likely than ever to join the Windows Phone Marketplace. If this is true there are a lot of questions, such as will it be a standalone app or plug in to the new “Lenses” feature and will it only be available to Windows Phone 8 devices?
