The current trend in tech advertising is for adverts to bash any competition you may have. So videos like the ones that Samsung churn out every few months and now this one from Nokia are getting a little tedious. I’m never going to buy a new device just because one company says “buy ours because theirs is rubbish”. I’d like to make a decision based on spec, price and appearance.
A side note for Nokia though, just release the damn phone and I will buy it , end of. Don’t get me wrong I love the Lumia 920 and I will be buying one and I also understand why it hasn’t been released.
Anyway here is the video.

I agree about both the phone and the ads. I’m currently a 900 user planning to justify the 920 in the family budget 😉 but strongly consider returning to HTC for an 8x. Anyway if the ads focused more on what they can do and especially what they do better rather than what their competition does or doesn’t do they would be more likely to draw the attention of people who only know what the mainstream media says about wp.
Maybe I’m just burnt on negative ads since its election season here in the states.
this ad is a waste of time !!
