A smartphone has a bug shock horror. I think that all handsets have bugs and its not just brand related. My Sii has an awful wifi and media one which kills the battery quickly.
Is it the hardware – may be – is it an OS problem – may be but either way ( and no matter the brand ) I think all OEMs need to get a grip of quality testing and not a) leave it the the last min or b) not do enough. I’m pretty sure this is a cost thing end of the day how ever if done right and using lessons learnt no reason OEMs cant identify problems and role out upgrades and fixes quicker than they do now… ( this is excludes the carriers who are just awful in these areas ).
