LG seem to have a lot to tell the world about recently. For some the barrage of model numbers and range names may be a little confusing.
Leading up to the unveiling of their new devices LG have published details of what each range is about. The four Optimus ranges are – G, Vu, F and LII.
The Flagship models are the G and Vu: series which will target the premium segment while the F and L series will be positioned as more mass audience smartphones for 4G LTE and the 3G markets.
Whether or not these ranges will be a success for them I’m not sure, more devices mean more trauma trying to update them in due course. Although if the Optimus G Pro comes in cheaper than any of the other upcoming large screen 1080p devices it will certainly be an appealing option.
Here is the press release from LG.
