6tag for Windows Phone is an Instagram app that allows you to post pictures and view your friends pictures. The interesting thing about the latest update it is that you can view nearby posts.
As there isn’t an official app for Instagram this is the closest you’ll get. Rumours are that 6tag is certified by Instagram for access to the private API.
