Leigh wrote in October about offers from Cash4phones not being what they ought to be (to put it mildly!), but things have gone from bad to worse.
The company is now officially in receivership and the police are looking for the director.
If you sent your phone in and have not had your money, you are technically a creditor of the company and might be able to get something back by contacting the receivers. You might not sadly – depends if they can get any money out of the assets, but there is a link below to a forum about it with full details from the Consumer Action Group.
