One of the great things about the big shows like IFA is that it provides the opportunity for OEMs, big and small, to reveal their wares.
Announced today were five new handsets from Haier.
Not heard of them? Me neither, but that’s because they are new to the smartphone world. In fact Haier have quite some form, just in other areas, having been a hugely popular and successful maker of home appliances. The 5 phones are all Android devices, sporting a variety of specs to suit all wallets and tastes.

With a width of just 8 mm, the L60 is the slimmest model in the range. Its extra-large 5.5” (13.9cm) full HD IPS OGS (400 ppi, screen resolution of 1920*1080) screen combined with its 64bit octa-core processor allows the user to carry out any function with ease. The 13 megapixel camera with autofocus and double-flash means the L60 can capture special moments in HD.
