OK, quick version. The next version of Android is going to be called Marshmallow. More voice interaction is coming, meaning that we’ll be chatting to our phones more and additional third-party apps will be able to use Google voice commands. Your apps should be able to ask you questions, you’ll be able to respond, then they will react appropriately.
The new “Now on Tap” feature should make your phone even smarter, getting related content based on the apps, emails and websites you visit.
In just three weeks, on October 20th, HTC will be first to deliver a Marshmallow-packing device. We will, as per usual, be reporting live as the new HTC One is detailed running Android 6.0.
