As an avid smartwatch wearer, I use my Garmin Fenix 3 primarily to monitor notifications, for running, and for checking the time. I’ve played with the Apple Watch and although I liked its shiny looks and nice interface, I couldn’t really see that I’d use most of its features. Two new surveys have proved me right! According to the surveys the average Apple Watch user checks their watch or interacts with it between 60-80 times each day. Almost 1500 Watch owners were surveyed and over 90% confirmed that the most commonly used feature is, drum roll please, checking the time! The least used feature of those surveyed is using the watch to read emails (as opposed to observing email notifications). What do our Apple Watch readers make of this?
