Haier have announced at the upcoming CES 2016, they will be revealing three new TVs. What has this got to do with a phone site, well two out of the three will contain Android built-in. As such, giving a better Android experience within your home. As part of this launch, Haier has prepared an exclusive preview of a 75” UHD Smart TV at CES 2016, which can be viewed at the Haier stand!
75″ TV! That is massive! Haier refer to this first TV as the 75H9000U, the XXL Smart TV. The 75H9000U has a UHD resolution of 3840 x 2160 with a dynamic contrast ratio of 6 Mega (6,000,000:1). Haier go on to say this will provide you with images that show more vivid colours and deeper blacks.
For greater connectivity, it features three HDMI ports allowing users to plug in any audio/video device. Its two USB ports are used for the USB recorder, Timeshift and USB video features, meaning you will never miss your favourite programmes.
Through its quad-core processor, the 75H9000U gives access to the Android universe. Once connected by WiFi or an Ethernet cable, users can easily download films on Google Play, catch up with the latest episodes of their favourite TV programmes, play video games directly on the TV screen or listen to their music playlists.
75H9000U main product features:
4K UHD (3840 x 2160 resolution), Smart TV, LED, easy-to-use interface, dynamic contrast ratio of 6 Mega (6,000,000:1), 50Hz, wireless internet connection, 2x USB port, 3x HDMI port, 1x headphone jack, 1x scart connector, 1x S/PDIF interface, 1x Ethernet jack, automatic volume limiter, 2x 10W loudspeakers, hotel mode, Time Shift.

The next Android TV is the U6000A series. This series contains 55″ and 65″ models which both include a quad-core processor and gives access to the entire Android universe directly on-screen. Features wise, it is similar to the 75H9000U.
These televisions, with Edge LED backlighting, have a dynamic contrast ratio of 5 Mega (5,000,000:1) and offer a rapid image refresh rate due to Full Motion technology. Three HDMI ports, including an ARC (Audio Return Channel), enable an audio return via an HDMI cable when connected to another ARC-compatible device, removing the need to use an audio cable.

Last TV we will cover is not Android based but we might as well cover it for its cool geek factor. The U6500U series focuses on the 4K experience and is again made up of 55″ and 65″ models. The TVs have an image resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, four times higher quality than Full HD. The Series U6500U also features all 4K standards (HEVC, VP9, HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2), to ensure compatibility with future content. These Ultra-HD televisions apparently offer a more precise and better defined image, ideal for large screen sizes (May be I need one to test to make sure – hint hint Haier!).
This range of 4K TVs also have a dynamic contrast ratio of 6 Mega (6,000,000:1) and a 100Hz native panel. Full motion technology combines the display of 100 images per second and the blinking of the backlight between each image. This enables a faster image refresh rate, creating a clear improvement in fluidity.
