Head to Amazon and you can pick up a ZTE Blade V7 for a pretty small amount of cash. For your money you’ll get a phone with a 5.2″ 1080 x 1920 pixel screen, Android 6.0 and an octa-core 1.3GHz CPU.
It also comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, a microSD card slot, 13 megapixel rear camera (with autofocus and dual LED flash), plus a 5 megapixel selfie shooter, 3.5mm audio, GPS, WiFi, and a 2500 mAh battery.
Today Three UK have announced that they’ll be the exclusive network for this handset, and there’s a new partnership with ZTE announced too.
The phone comes with “4G Super-Voice” (on the 800MHz spectrum, which means better 4G through walls) and contracts start from just £9 per month. For that you’ll get 500MB of data, 300 minutes and unlimited texts. If you want to buy out-right then expect to pay just £129.99.prepay.
Head of devices at Three, Sylvia Chind, tells us..
The Blade V7 is our lowest ever 4G Super-Voice enabled phone that will allow more people than ever to benefit from improved indoor and rural coverage.
It boasts many features of a high-end smartphone at a fraction of the cost so will appeal to those customers looking for a bargain.
There is more information on the Three blog, but that seems to be down as I type.
