We’re here in Germany again, this time in Munich. It’s ahead of the Huawei Mate 30 Series launch and it’s going to be a big one.
But we have a problem. Our roving reporting is on site and he’s going to get all the details on whatever is announced tomorrow, but this evening there’s been a few leaked images appearing on the web.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro, which we saw in leaked images earlier, will no doubt be the star of the launch and will come with a strap-on which takes that cylindrical lens setup into consideration. It mimics a lot of accessories that are on the market, letting you hold onto the phone more easily and securely.
The launch, however, also looks to be delivering a new Huawei Watch – the GT 2. This has a couple of sizes – a 42mm and a 46mm. The former has a 1.2″ AMOLED display (390 x 390) and the latter a 1.39″ AMOLED display (454 x 454). There’s four colours and rumours suggest that they’re powered by the Kirin A1 CPU with 50 meters water protection.
In addition there’ll be a new fitness tracker, which looks like this.
There’s also a brief bit of footage of the Huawei Mate 30 Peo being handled on YouTube here..
More as we get it, but definitely do follow us tomorrow (we’ll be on Twitter quite a bit) to get the latest!
