Yes, we’re actually quite liking the sometimes-overlooked “A range” of phones from Samsung. You may remember our up-close look at the Samsung A70 here, and now Samsung have announced further devices – the Galaxy A71 and the Galaxy A51. These two handsets include the “Infinity-O” display and a long-lasting battery.
Both phones include four cameras – a main shooter, an Ultra Wide, Macro and Depth lens. There’s a 64-megapixel main camera on the Galaxy A71 and a 48-megapixel camera on the Galaxy A51. As mentioned, both the Galaxy A71 and the Galaxy A51 offer Super AMOLED edge-to-edge Infinity-O displays – the A71 gets a 6.7″ and the A51 has a 6.5″ (both 1080 x 2400)
Both phones have rapid octa-core CPU’s and 32 megapixel selfie cameras. The A71 has a slightly bigger battery (4,500mAH) and RAM (6GB) whilst the A51 has a 4,000mAh and 4GB respectively. Both get quick charging.
A 64GB and 128GB storage version of the A51 will be available, but the A71 will be purely 128GB. You’ll be able to buy both phones from February 7th.
