Who? Oh come on, you remember TCL. They were the people behind the Blackberry phones. Sadly that all finished a few months ago but TCL are still making phones – this time with their own branding.
The company, who have experimented with flexible screens in the past, are now selling their TCL 10 Pro. It’s available from the likes of Very.co.uk for £399.99 and hey – they’re giving away a 32″ Android Smart TV with every purchase!
A TV and a phone for less than £400 ?
Even better – how about getting in on contract? EE are selling it now too (albeit in grey). If you get it on an EE pay monthly plan before July 31st, you get the same TV.
The TCL 10 Pro is a phone I’ll confess we’ve never seen here at Coolsmartphone towers. It has a 6.47″ curved NXTVISION 1080×2340 pixel screen (19.5:9 ration at 398 ppi) and comes with Android 10. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 CPU (up to 2GHz) and has 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and a microSD card slot for more.
There’s an Adreno 612 GPU, dual-band WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, type-C USB charging and a 4500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging seeing you hit 50% (from nothing) in just 35 minutes.
On the back there’s a horizontal strip of cameras – a 64 megapixel f/1.8 main lens, a 16 megapixel wide-angle, a 5 megapixel macro and a 2 megaxpixel depth lens. Up front is a 24 megapixel selfie cam.
The TCL 10 Pro is available on a range of EE pay monthly handset plans. There’s a £30 upfront cost on a £35 per month Essential Plan, giving you 4GB of data a month.
