The realme 7 (£179) and realme 7 pro (£279) are now available to buy on the realme website.
The realme 7 is available in blue or white and has a 90Hz 6.5″ Full HD+ screen (2400 x 1080) at 405ppi. It also gets a quick capacious 5000mAh battery with 30W “Dart Charging” and a Helo G95 octa-coe 2.05GHz CPU.
The phone also has (let’s remember it’s only £179) 4GB RAM and 64GB (or £199 for 6GB / 64GB) and space for a microSD card too. GPS, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC (!) are also included. It weighs 196.5g and is 9.4mm thick.
In terms of cameras, there’s a 48 megapixel main shooter, an 8 megapixel wide-angle lens, a monochrome portrait lens and a macro lens. There’s a 16 megaxpixel unit up front for your selfies and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The realme 7 pro gets a bigger 65W “SuperDart” charger (from empty to full in 34 minutes), plus it’s available in either silver or blue. It’s a bit thinner at 8.7mm and lighter at 182g.
Specs on this one include dual-band WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1 but no NFC that we can see. It has a 6.4″ Super AMOLED screen (2400 x 1080 Full HD+) at 409ppi and it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G octa-core CPU running up 2.3GHz.
Camera-wise there’s a Sony 64 megapixel main camera, an 8 megaxpixel wide lens, a monochrome lens and a depth lens. Up front is a 32 megapixel selfie in-display lens, plus it’s an in-display fingerprint sensor this time.
The UK site has the 8GB / 128GB version (with microSD slot) for £279.
