The virus comes in an email. DO NOT RUN THE ATTACHMENT. MICROSOFT DO NOT SEND UPDATES AS ATTACHMENTS IN EMAILS. Only download patches DIRECTLY FROM THE MICROSOFT.COM WEBSITE ITSELF.
