London’s First Ever Official Hero is Unveiled, as Designed by Londoners themselves
Making history today, London’s first official hero explored the city streets today on a mission to make life easier for busy Londoners. The hero flipped his way through commuter crowds this morning, as passers-by observed a fantastic parkour performance as he showcased his super powers, which were all chosen by Londoners themselves.
Kabbee, London’s leading licensed minicab comparison and booking app is celebrating the busy lives of its 500,000 plus users and other Londoners, by embodying the super human powers they wish they had, and bringing London’s first ever official hero to life today.
Unlike other major cities, London has never had its own superhero. Therefore, Kabbee has taken it upon itself to unveil London’s first official hero to the public this morning in Covent Garden. The hero was designed by asking Londoners what super human powers would make living in London easier.
The survey of 1500 Londoners revealed that the top five super human powers that city dwellers wish they had were:
1. On-body thermostat – for those sticky tube journeys
2. Water repellent – no more umbrellas
3. 360 degree vision – never miss a thing
4. Ability to reshape – squeeze into tight spaces
5. Capability to part crowds – say goodbye to hold ups
When asked if London’s official hero should be male, female or unisex, 51 percent of the city said male, compared to 30 percent who said female, and 18 percent weren’t bothered either way.
Despite the fact that 7 in 10 people now own a Smartphone*, on-body 4G wasn’t one of the super human powers that was chosen, nor was renewable energy, so London’s official hero will still need his phone charger.

When asked which superheroes Londoners like most, the top five were:
1) Superman (23%) from Kansas, USA
2) Batman (19%) based in Gotham City, NYC, USA
3) Cat Woman (14%) based in Gotham City, NYC, USA
4) Wonder Woman (13%) originally from Paradise Island, a secluded island
5) Spiderman (12%) was born in New York
