Meizu M3 Note Officially Launches

Meizu, the Chinese smartphone brand, has launched the M3 Note. Some of you may recall Leigh’s impressions of the M1 Note, or my own take on the M2 Note. Well, the M3 Note is here and will be officially available from April 11th in China. No details are yet available on when the device will launch outside of China, but you’ll be able to purchase one from our favourite AliExpress retailers soon.

What is the spec sheet of the Meizu M3 Note like? Lets have a look:

  • MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core CPU (1.8GHz) with Mali T860 GPU
  • 5.5″ 1920×1080 display
  • 2GB/3GB RAM
  • 16GB/32GB Internal Storage
  • 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash
  • 5MP front-facing camera
  • Dual SIM hybrid option (2 SIMs or 1 SIM + 1 MicroSD)
  • Fingerprint scanner (built in to home button)
  • 4100 mAh battery

So there will be two variants of the M3 Note: a 2GB RAM/16GB storage version priced at CNY 799 (approximately £87), and a 3GB/32GB storage version priced at CNY 999 (approximately £109). This time round Meizu will be pimping out their third iteration of the M Note with a full metal body, the combined home/fingerprint button and impressive 4100 mAh battery.
