“System and Security Info” has risen to being of the one of the top paid-for applications in the iTunes charts since its release last week (14th May 2016) however in that time frame Apple got upset about the application and decided to ban it. The reason Apple got so upset was a feature of the application which detected any Jailbreaking that the user may or may not know about. Stefan Esser responded via Twitter about the ban:
The application detects other potential vulnerabilities that Apple don’t want you to know about. As of today, the application can be downloaded again from iTunes and the site states this version is for “bug fixes and stability improvements” – read into that as you see fit.
