EE have today announced a new range of PAYG plans which take the stress out of topping up, whilst still being free of any contract. This means that customers get the best of both worlds.
Flex Plans start at £10 a month and then go to £15, £25 and the top end at £30. They will automatically roll-over any unused data at the end of the month meaning you do not lose any unused data, something that has long been asked for.
Customers on a Flex Plan are free to pause or change at anytime, and by setting up a monthly payment they never have the worry about topping up with a voucher or online ever again.
Flex Plan customers also get the bonus of an additional 500MB after three months to help your allowance stretch just that little bit further.
Anyone who does run out of data can add additional allowances of £1.50 (100MB), £5 (500MB), £7.50 (1GB)

23rd July 2018, London: EE today announced Flex plans, offering a new service designed to meet the needs of the 2.1 million UK customers EE predicts want the control and flexibility of pay as you go with the simplicity and ease of pay monthly plans.
The new plans add to the wide range of choice for those wanting the best mobile experience, whether that’s pay as you go, pay monthly of now one of EE’s new Flex plans – all on a UK network that offers 4G in more places than any other.
Set to launch on the 25th July, Flex plans give customers the best of both worlds. Like pay monthly plans, a Flex plan allow customers to set up one regular payment so they never have to worry about topping up, but like on pay as you go, there’s no contract so they can change, pause or stop their plan and take a break whenever they like.
Max Taylor, Managing Director of Marketing, EE said: “Our new plans give customers great flexibility and control and are unpinned by the UK’s best network. Customers on Flex plans have the freedom to pause or change their plan at any time, with the value and simplicity offered from a traditional pay monthly plan.”
Customers can swap to a Flex plan that better suits their needs at anytime. If a customer uses all their call minutes or data allowance, they can simply add more data or top-up their minutes with a one-off payment. Customer can keep track and manage their plan with total control through the MYEE app.
Flex customers will receive a free data boost the longer they stay on a Flex plan – receiving an extra 500MB every three months. And if a customer doesn’t manage to get through all their data, Flex customers can roll over what’s left into next month’s allowance so they get a second chance to use it.
Furthermore, EE Flex customers will also be able to use their UK call, text and data allowance when abroad in the EU as well as receive customer support from UK and Ireland call centres.
