OK, quick check. So far we have the Sony Xperia U, the Xperia S and now the LT22I (Nypon) is to be known as the Xperia P.
A launch is expected at Mobile World Congress and we’re looking with an 8 megapixel camera, 1GB RAM, PlayStation capabilities, WiFi, HSDPA, 4″ qHD screen, Bravia technology, 1GHz dual-core CPU, 1080p video recording, video out and the Exmor R low-light sensor.
When viewed side-on, this has a pronounced “teardrop” design and maintains a few design pointers from the previous Sony Ericsson handsets. It’ll run Android 4.0.

Ah so that’s what a teardrop design looks like. More of a fat arse if you ask me. I much prefer my phones to be flat.

That is a wierd shape. I hope Sony don’t do a HTC and release loads and loads of phones that are all too similar. Sensation, Sensation XE, Sensation XL anyone?
