Make of this what you will, but some “concept shots” and specs for the HTC HD3 have popped up on DigitalReviews. A huuuge 4.5 ” AMOLED screen, 1.5GHz Snapdragon CPU, 8 megapixel shooter with flash, HDMI output, 1GB RAM, 1GB ROM, 1080p HD video playback and 720p HD video recording are mentioned. It’ll also apparently be one of the first to run Windows Phone 7.
Other specs include a whacking 1800mAH battery and 3.5mm audio jack with WiFi, 3G, 4G and Bluetooth. To be honest it sounds like someone has just sat down and dreamed up some specs, they’re just too good. An 1800mAH battery ? A 4.5″ screen and a 1.5 GHz battery with 1080p video playback? Oh, and a 800×1280 pixel screen? Sheesh. If this thing is real, get me down for a box full.
